1. If you purchased it from a store or from an on-line website, in your email to us, you must attach a copy of your receipt showing date purchased. There is no need for you to return your purchase.

   You must provide the honest reason for your dissatisfaction, and/or your constructive criticism.  We need those comments to help us to improve our product(s).

Upon receipt of your email, your purchase will be replaced or fw will send you a refund check for the total amount of your purchase. Simple enough guarantee? We hope you agree!
