Due the time constraints of CBC© seminars, talks or lectures there isn't enough time for me to give complete instructions and options. Here are my simple refund terms:
If you purchased it from a store or from our online website, in your email to me, you must tell me your name, and address used when you made the purchase, what you paid. Then. once we find your verifying info in my data base the refund check will be mailed to that address. There is no need for you to return your purchase.
You must also tell me the honest reason for your dissatisfaction, and/or your constructive criticism. I need those comments to help further improve CBC©.
Upon receipt of your email, your refund check for the total amount of your purchase will be made and I will advise you when it was sent..
